Follow My Encounter in Miami!

The My Encounter interview team is now in South Florida conducting interviews. Follow their progress of their trip and help them save interviews like these! Watch highlights of five recent interviews they conducted just before their trip to Miami.
My Encounter interviewer Mendy Alevsky along with cameraman Yankee Teitelbaum have touched ground in South Florida and have already begun a whirlwind two weeks packed with interviews. They already have 30 people penciled in to be interviewed and the list is growing by the day.
Some of the interviews include a business man from South America, an alumnus of one of the first classes in 770 from the early 1940s, a prominent conservative Rabbi, and the principal of one of the largest Jewish Day schools in South Florida.
They have started interviewing in Miami Beach and will be conducting interviews in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Bal Harbour, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach and North Miami Beach.
The plan is to have an ‘Open Mic Sunday’ where a studio will be set up where people can come in throughout the day to share, in short form, their priceless memories with the Rebbe. So far, they have one setup for April 3rd in ‘The Shul’ in Bal Harbor and hope to do another in Boca Raton.
They also plan on doing a behind-the-scenes presentation at the Landau Elementary and High schools for both boys and girls. Details to follow.
